Hello World!

I’m so excited to start this Substack, even though I’ve been writing about elections for years on my own blog. I’m here to kick off the next phase of my writing career!

For some time, I was regularly publishing on my own blog, until I shifted my focus to writing for the U.S. Election Integrity Plan, a non-partisan, 100% volunteer, grassroots civics association that I helped to co-found. USEIP’s mission is to find the truth, share the truth about our elections, while enabling citizens to participate in how elections are run in their own backyards.

Now I’m back to freelance writing with the goal of publishing exclusive content on a variety of national news outlets. A requirement to do this is having my own Substack.

My goal is to create a community of inspired, educated, and informed like-minded people. The type of people who see the necessity and value of participating however they wish in our most critical civic duty, our election process. Without engaged citizens, we lose Our Republic and all the freedoms, liberties, and rights we’ve been given and have an individual responsibility to protect.

My commitment to you

I anticipate the start of my Substack will be rocky as I figure out the platform, how it works, and my publishing schedule. However, you can expect as the kinks get worked out you’ll receive regular postings of exclusive election content.

My voice is unique because I connect the dots between the what, who, and why of our election system. Suffice to say, my content synthesizes and summarizes complex and complicated topics. My aim is to make a sometimes dry topic informative, compelling, and easy-to-understand.
